Now
Despite of all the snow
it feels like another season
as if the winter - at last - is behind us.
It´s been a beautiful winter.
Just like the imagined, perfect winter should be!
I have never seen that kind of snow before
as that wich fell yeasterday through the blue, sunny sky.
It looked like hail - little balls.
It felt dry and it did not feel cold when I touched it.
And the little balls were light as feathers.
Very nice snow indeed!

Olga, you're right! What a wonderful winter...just like the ones we used to have when I was a child...or was it just as I remember them to be..all imagination :O) Lovely photos of your 'guldklump'
I enjoyed this winter a lot.
Now, as the snow is gone, I know why:
it's rainy outside and dark clouds are hanging deep and I'm missing the light.
Everything outside is heavy and brown.
And even the last snow feels wrong now.
I enjoy the very first tips of shy green...the wild tulips which are about to come!
Spring! Yes! My heart jumps!
Yes Mette I also remember my childhood winters as filled with snow under a blue sky. I have some beautiful pictures in my head from that! Have you been n Greenland? Do you know different words for different kinds of snow?
Uschi!! It is STILL white, bright and pretty here - but with SPRING in the air! Now it isn´t long before we start seeing new, green life in nature. Although that almost feels unreall :-)
