SNAPSHOT

The display at the back of my camera
broke today -
or possibly yesterday.
I can no longer see
what the picture will turn out like
when I am taking it...

This picture I took this morning
after the discovery.
I am checking
if it still can take pictures at all.

I am pulling Noak in a carriage
to go fetch the mail for my parents
at whom we were staying last night.

So, sadly I consider
my beloved camera broken.

Hehee, so you do a kind of blind-shooting now...
But isn't it, you have already thrown your eye on a new one (Nikon...??)
We've got two versions of the Canon Powershot in our house ( A640+A650) and we can highly recommend them!!

I'm sorry to hear that the camera isn't well - oh for viewfinders!! Noak looks nice and snuggly in the little trailer!

Now. Today I bought a Nikon D80! When Noak goes to sleep I will start looking at it!

hello -sorry to just land a journal on you. I couldn't find your e-mail address.

I am in a real muddle just now in the house and was frightened I'd misplace it or forget about it if i didn't move it on. I know I have no time to do more on it much before Christmas.

Hope you didn't mind? Ceri x

Oh I like the idea of taking photos and not being sure how they'll turn out - life needs a little more mystery. Though of course, GREAT to have a new camera. perhps take a few with the old broken one every now and then?
*I love that your life entails collecting post in a trailer. beautiful domestics.

Alix... I will continue taking pitures with the broken camera. Feels like great compliments; the new and the old camera.

The mail-fetching was at my parents home. Not here in Stockholm where we live. Although I wished it was...
