Focusing.
If I do focus
all will be fine.
If I am not tired that is.
I know how to do it.
I know that I need it.
But never the less,
I so often find my mind
wandering away...
so many things it
wants to look into
to check out
to try.
This
and
that.
And when I do not
do the most importrant thing -
FOCUSING
nothing but chaos will follow...
Anyone know what I am talking about?
Also, I want to add -
I am generally blessed with
good sleap.
I easily fall asleap.
I sleap well at nights.
But for the for last four nights
as Noak has been a little
sick in his nose and throught
my sleep has been affected.
Now Hans is out walking Noak to sleap
while I catch my breath
and get myself together.
All will be well!

In December last year,
our nextdoor neighbour Britta
walked out of her apartment.
Yesterday we got new neighbours!
Selma has lived her last twenty years
in Karlstad,
the town where I lived
my first twenty years.
Selmas first twenty years she lived in Turkey.
I had wished so for a family
to move in next to us,
that had little children
suitable for Noak to play with.
I had wished so for kind folks...
Guess what!
Selma has a little boy - just like Noak!
His name is Nilam.
It will be so exciting getting to know the two!

Princess
Danait
played with
my
happy
boy
yesterday.
It feels like spring outside. Read previous post!
Princess Evelina sat with Noak
in his armchair waching TV with him last evening
as her father looked around our apartment
for where we need to put lamps in the seeling.
He will come and help us with that this Saturday.
Light is everything.
Hm sorry, I mean- LOVE is everything.
Right?

Welcome!
Yesterday I delivered a portrait.
In about a month
I will deliver my next portrait.
Today I turned on Susan Tuttles playlist,
listened to some good music
as I -
1) cut linen canvas
2) put it on to the bars
3) coated it with
"Tierra the Sienna" + therpentine
out in the sunny balcony.
As I was welcoming
my new portrait commission...
...wich I don´t know yet
from where it will come.
But I am excited about it
and can´t wait to get started!

Houses far from Stockholm are cheap.
In the Stockholm area it is crazy.
Feeling at home
I had a little surway up asking;
"do you REALLY feel at home in the place where you live?"
I am so glad that most of you (13 people)
answered YES to that question.
One person couldn´t tell.
And one (I think that was me) said no, not really.
So CONGRATULATIONS
to all of you feeling at home
right where you are!!
Here you can have a look
at the loveliest house I´ve seen this far
at my searches at www.hemnet.se
And here is a link for Lisa to people named Wikström in Stockholm

I think of my old friends but I hardly ever talk to them, nor write them...
In the daytime I work. Then I am with my family. In the evening I am tired.
Although, you may have read here on my blog that I like solitude - I like people too!!!
And what MOSTLY I like is when I am doing something together with the one I meet.
I´m not that found of just sitting talking. Yes that too. But not just that.
I REALLY like doing things.
When I had a talk the other day with the dog Rutger,
I also met Helena who lives in the same house as he.
She is a writer ... and I am starting to call myself a photographer.
So guess what? We are having serious talks about doing something together.
Coming to her place is so inspiering!

This is good!
Now I know how I easily
can display lots of pictures at ones,
if ever I would need to.
You see, I followed in Susan Tuttles steps
some time ago,
to where she was storing her (web-)pictures.
The place was Photobucket!
At Photobucket you can improve your pictures
using some tools similar
to those that Photoshop offers.
Also, if you store your pictures at Photobucket
instead of here at Blogger,
you may display larger pictures
if you wish.
So do check it out!

Today I had a nice talk
with this little dog named Rudger.
I toled him about the dog I used to love - Azimuth.
I toled him how Azimuth sat on my lap
on the kitchenfloor every morning
as I sung him songs.
I toled Rudger about our walks in the mountains...

Ingeborg
Her father was a gardener
her brother Bror as well.
Bror got a prize from
the KING for a rose (named H55)
he cultivated.
Ingeborg painted beautiful paintings.
She painted flowers.
When I grew up
I felt a connection with her.
I admired her.
I never met her,
my grandmothers sister.
I am carrying her neclace
around my neck.

Farewell summer! Welcome autumn! (The best season is the change of seasons)
One project I participated in
during summer was the
winged messanger by Susanna Gordon.
(She sent me the wings above.)
I was eager to take pictures of them
in Stockholm enviroments.
However - in the end - the only pictures
I managed to come up with
were some showing
people + winged messagers...
here . . . here . . . here . . . here
Thanks for having me in your project, Susanna!

In your imagination - please, just add a little smile to my face
and everything will be fine!
This is a portrait I just finished.
Now, if you need SMILES,
please proceed to this place.
Sit and be happy
while you let the hours pass by...
